Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Keever Vineyards. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Keever Vineyards are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we are currently only able to ship directly to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.  If you do not see your state listed, please contact the winery directly at (707) 944-0910 so that we may help find either a local retailer or a third party that can get our wine into your glass.

Shipping Costs

UPS Ground is the Keever Vineyards carrier of choice. Shipping is provided at current market rates. If the customer selects UPS Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her Wine Society membership or purchase amount.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Keever Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Terms and Conditions

A Connoisseur shipment will contain 6 bottles of wine. The price of each shipment will vary, but will range between $350-$650 per shipment, plus sales tax and shipping, where applicable.  We will ship UPS Ground on all orders, unless the member chooses to pay for upgraded shipping.  

A Sommelier shipment will contain 12 bottles of wine.  The price of each shipment will vary, but will range between $700-$1,300 per shipment, plus sales tax and shipping, where applicable.  We will ship UPS Ground on all orders, unless the member chooses to pay for upgraded shipping.  

A Master shipment will contain 12 bottles of our newest release.  The price of each shipment will vary, but will range between $400-$1,500 per shipment, plus sales tax and shipping, where applicable.  We will ship UPS Ground on all orders, unless the member chooses to pay for upgraded shipping.  

Your credit card will be charged automatically approximately 1 week prior to the shipment date. Connoisseur and Sommelier shipments will be sent in March and November. Master level shipments will be sent upon release of each wine.  

You may cancel at any time after the first automatic shipment is received. Members are responsible for notifying a Keever Vineyards representative of their intent to cancel at least 14 days prior to shipment. We will confirm all cancellations in writing to ensure that your membership is closed. Upon cancellation, there will be no further obligation except for wine shipped prior to receipt of the Member's request to cancel.

Membership is available only to persons at least 21 years of age.  An adult signature is required upon delivery. We highly recommend shipping to a business address.  Undeliverable shipments will be reshipped at the Member’s expense. All orders are shipped UPS. Please note that if your shipment cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt, you may be responsible for a re-routing fee and applicable charges to reship your order.

Membership is currently available for direct shipment into the following states:  AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NH, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WY.
