2021 Cabernet Sauvignon 3 L

Lovely lifted aromas of blackberry, black current and huckleberry are dominant in the aromas of this fully ripe Cabernet, buoyed by aromas of cola, vanilla, baking spices and toasty French oak.  At entry, this Cabernet again shows purple berry fruits plus a touch of purple plum flavors, lovely fresh acidity and a seamless satiny texture that carries through to the finish.  The broad, soft tannins play a supporting role to the intensely fresh flavors of warm currants and berries on the vine.
