2023 Sauvignon Blanc
This delightful wine opens with an enchanting bouquet of elderflower and white peach, floral notes of orange blossom, and fresh citrus aromas. The underlying essence of salinity and minerality are reminiscent of ocean breezes which adds a distinct layer of complexity. As the wine unfolds on the palate, it offers a blend of vanilla and citrus. The ethereal lightness of pavlova mixed with pineapple and fresh kiwi provides a delicate balance to the overall structure. Floral flavors dominate with a very strong creamy texture that carries through the mid-palate. The finish leaves a lingering impression of ripe and fresh acidity.
